And in a matter of weeks, we’ll be hanging lights and stringing popcorn. It’s hard to believe that December is just around the corner. Having a little one means that time flies like never before. I feel like it was just yesterday that I was hobbling around our neighborhood in 90 degree heat, begging and praying that Lucy would decide to make her grand entrance into the world!
She’s almost five months old, which means we have a very active and engaged baby in our house. She rolls over. She sits on her own. She attempts to “scootch” across the floor. It won’t be long before she’s crawling…and it won’t be long before she’s walking either.

Oh my, what a gorgeous baby girl! You are going to have the merriest Christmas of your life. I just learned yesterday that my 7th granddaughter will arrive in March joining our 14 grandsons. I am always on the hunt for fab baby gifts and those precious shoes are swoon worthy.

Soft leather shoes are my favorite for babies! I have never understood putting them in hard soled shoes when they start walking.
