What!?!… I had no idea there was anyone out there even reading this. My heart did a little jump for joy when I got the email notification that you had left a comment. Thank you for totally making my day! As you can see from my site, this whole blogging thing is still really new to me, and I don’t actually have it all figured out yet. I actually haven’t told many people about it, (not even my mom), since it’s still a work in progress. So you can imagine my surprise when I saw that you had stopped by for a visit. Thanks taking the time to stop by and say hi… It means more than you could know… and was the encouragement I needed to keep on, keepin’ on. I hope to see you again soon!

Just made your applecake cookies! oh my god i’m in heaven (and so is my friend i gifted them to as a house warming present!……..and yes i delivered them warm!) could totally understand leaving them in the fridge for 30 mins after i ran out of time and was moulding wet cookie dough with my hands!!! will post a photo on instagram ox can’t wait to try all your other recipes!!!
