Shellfish is tricky. My mom developed an allergic reaction in her 60’s and now can’t eat crab (which she loves). I have lactose intolerance about 90% of the time so only lactose free milk for me. As far as your muffins, I know two little boys who are happy I found them. (I love the name Lucy.)
